Amir Lorber

Our company is headed by Mr. Amir Lorber, CEO of TrackTec. Amir’s history is saturated
with hi-tech communications beginning from the IDF where he was a Sgt. Major in
Radar Systems.
Managing projects for Motorola and then Eurocom group, he progressed in his command
and his reputation grew in unique and innovative technology applications.
Amir’s skills at finding and applying new technologies are unparalleled. These values
run throughout our team, with his leadership.
Alon Matalon
Senior Software Developer
Alon is with Track Tec from the very start. He is a founding member of the company
and has his finger on the pulse of any new and emerging technologies which may be
of interest or be applicable in our field. His focus is mainly the infrastructure,
server technology, and data mining.
Alon is a graduate of Technion University where he majored in Electrical Engineering.
He also holds a degree in Computer Sciences from The Open University in Tel Aviv.
After serving in the IDF as a Project Manager in Computer Engineering, Alon joined
forces with Amir Lorber to launch a successful start-up called Bug-Life. As founder
and CTO of Bug Life, Alon’s contributions were invaluable.
Before joining Amir again at Track Tec, he was working at Eurocom Ltd, where his
title was Computer Developer.

Ilan Hofshi
Senior Software Developer
Ilan holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Netanya College
After leaving the IDF, he worked at Praxell as a Developer on the Banking and Real
time transactions project.
Ilan joined the Track Tec team at start-up to assist in the development of the initial
prototypes. He continues to develop our client applications, combining aesthetics
with technology, to present a friendly and functional portal for our clients. He
is a strong asset to our company.
Ilan and his wife are newlyweds and live in Avihail, just outside Netanya
Elona B. Shukron
International Account Manager
Elona has been with us from the beginning.
Her experience spans years of marketing and administrative support toward developing
a broad and international client base.
Her most recent position was founding an Israeli import company for vehicles run
on electricity. She has played major roles in many start-ups, both National and
International, bringing success to any company she has worked with.
Elona lives in Tzoran with her husband Barak, and their five children combined. She is originally from New York and
moved here in 1999.
