TrackTec’s main product is a device which we call a DPL. This stands for
Dual Purpose Locator.
Our AVL unit, the Dual Purpose Locator, is the perfect solution for both private
(family) and business (fleet management) use. The purpose of our DPL is to support
a cleaner, safer and more productive environment. AVL, Fleet Management, Driver
Diagnostics, Teen Drivers, Employee optimization, Motorcycle protection, and many
other applications are included in our cutting edge solution.
Hand in hand with our DPL goes our server technology and portal website, both developed
and written in-house by our talented and innovative development team. The DPL, itself,
as well, was invented, developed and produced in-house.
Since our beginning, we have sold thousands of specialized devices for various
AVL and real-time location services globally. Just within Israel, Turkey and Romania
there are tens of thousands of our DPL devices running.
In 2008, TrackTec became a member of the ORT group. This move provides us tremendous
leverage with a giant in the automotive industry. Our sister companies are Orpak
(automated fueling systems) and Transway (automated mass transportation systems).
